LESS FRICTION, AFTER “BUY.”

A better order experience.
For you, and your customers.

Your next sale shouldn’t create another trail of spreadsheets, payment checks, and warehouse follow-ups.

01 / CLARITY

Know what happens next.

See payment outcomes and fulfillment progress in one journey. Give your team a shared view of the work ahead.

02 / CONFIDENCE

Confirm before you fulfill.

A decline stops the order. An uncertain result stays in review. Build a process that checks the original payment before another charge or shipment.

03 / CONTINUITY

Keep the handoff moving.

A paid order can stay queued when a provider is unavailable. Bring acceptance and tracking back into the same merchant workflow.

These are the workflows demonstrated today. Live results depend on merchant onboarding and payment/provider integration.

Warehouse acceptance and shipment updates complete the order’s story.

    FULFILLMENT & TRACKING

Designed for NMI integration. Payment components are implemented for sandbox validation. Partnership terms, merchant acceptance, and live provider connections are still to be confirmed.

CONFIDENCE AT EVERY HANDOFF.

Security & trust.
Know what protects the order.

cart-pal is a product preview. The software foundation includes payment and fulfillment safeguards; merchant sandbox acceptance and production readiness are still pending.

Fail closed means pause when the outcome is unclear. A decline creates no paid order or fulfillment handoff. An uncertain payment stays on hold while the original transaction is checked—without automatically submitting another charge.

Why this matters for agent checkout →
Implemented · validation pending

Card handling with a clear boundary.

The NMI integration uses hosted fields to tokenize card details. The cart-pal payment API accepts the token, rather than raw card details. Merchant sandbox validation and the applicable PCI assessment remain outstanding.

Implemented · validation pending

Duplicate-request safeguards.

A stable key identifies the same checkout across retries. Stored payment results and checkout constraints help prevent repeat submissions from creating another logical sale. An uncertain result is held for reconciliation.

Implemented · validation pending

Traceable orders and handoffs.

Payment transitions record audit events. Confirmed approval, the paid order, and its queued fulfillment handoff are saved together. Paid orders can wait through an outage; the warehouse’s duplicate protection and lookup behavior still need validation.

Required before production

Merchant access and separation.

Merchant sign-in, defined roles, and verified isolation between merchants are launch requirements. Operational review also needs production identity controls and restricted access. This public demo is not an authenticated merchant portal.

Required before production

People and procedures behind the system.

Monitoring and reconciliation components exist, but deployed alert checks, incident response, rollback, and backup verification remain launch work. Refunds, disputes, fraud decisions, and support need named owners.

Browser-local preview

Explore without handing over your data.

This page adds no analytics scripts, ad trackers, or browser storage. Your pilot brief is generated on your device and never submitted. The demo uses fictional data, collects no card or personal details, and clears on reload.

Hosting and security providers may process technical request data. Privacy & demo information →

See the rules in the simulation. Try an approval, a decline, an uncertain-payment review, and a warehouse interruption. The in-memory demo illustrates these paths; it does not prove a live payment or warehouse integration.

Explore the simulated workflow →

We are exploring NMI as a payments partner. This preview is not evidence of NMI endorsement, a signed partnership, production approval, or PCI certification. A pilot starts with one merchant and one fulfillment provider, and requires documented acceptance and a go/no-go review. Live payments are not enabled by this preview.

AGENT CHECKOUT · PROPOSED DIRECTION

More automation.
The same need for control.

An automated shopper can repeat a request when a response is lost. A stable checkout identity and an uncertain-payment hold are useful foundations for that future. They are already part of the implementation; agent-specific access and authorization are not.

These are proposals, not available features or delivery commitments. Standards compatibility and partner support have not been validated.

  1. 01 / HUMAN REVIEW

    Uncertain means stop.

Require an authorized person to resolve an uncertain payment. An agent would not be allowed to approve its own unresolved transaction.

  2. 02 / BOUNDED ACCESS

    Give each agent limits.

Evaluate separate, revocable credentials and spending limits per agent, with access limited to the actions its owner authorizes.

  3. 03 / PURCHASE AUTHORITY

    Verify who authorized the purchase.

Evaluate emerging agent-payment standards and network programs with payment partners. No AP2, ACP, Visa, or Mastercard agent compatibility is claimed today.

  4. 04 / ACCOUNTABILITY

    Keep automation accountable.

Extend audit records to distinguish shopper, staff, and agent actions, alongside agent-specific rate limits and alerts for unusual activity.

A capability moves from proposed to implemented only when it is built and verified. Merchant sandbox and production acceptance remain separate gates.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS.

Clear answers.
Before you start.

Read the pilot checklist ↗
Who is cart-pal for?

Our initial focus is home, gift, stationery, lifestyle, and merchandise brands that ship physical products. A strong pilot candidate has one fulfillment provider and a clear operational problem to solve. Exact catalog and merchant eligibility must be reviewed.

Is the demo processing real payments?

No. It uses fictional products and simulated outcomes. It never charges a card or sends an actual warehouse request. The live payment integration needs sandbox validation and merchant approval before production use.

Can I use it with my existing store or warehouse?

That is a pilot-scoping conversation. We need to review your storefront and provider APIs, product mapping, order rules, and tracking events. There is no claim of a ready-made connector for every platform.

What does the software cost?

The demo models an illustrative $149 monthly software fee plus $0.25 per billable order. At 500 billable orders, that example is $274 per month, before setup and other costs. It is not a quote. Integration, support, processing, warehouse services, and postage must be scoped separately.

What is the relationship with NMI?

We are exploring NMI as the payments partner for this offering. The prototype and implementation are not evidence of NMI endorsement, a signed partnership, production approval, or PCI certification.

What comes before a live merchant launch?

Merchant authentication and data isolation, accepted payment and warehouse integrations, operational support, and applicable merchant/product approvals. A pilot starts with a defined scope and acceptance criteria.
